C&rsquo;est le sens de la d\u00e9claration produite ce mardi 16 janvier par le pr\u00e9sident de ce groupement d&rsquo;entreprises du secteur priv\u00e9 ivoirien, Jean Marie Ackah.<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La CGECI (Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Entreprises de C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire) n&rsquo;entend pas se conformer \u00e0 l&rsquo;annexe fiscale \u00e0 la loi de finances 2018, du moins, dans sa forme actuelle. Cette organisation, la plus importante du secteur priv\u00e9 Ivoirien, a produit une d\u00e9claration dans laquelle elle invite \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0suspension pure et simple\u00a0\u00bb de cette annexe fiscale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette d\u00e9claration sign\u00e9e de son pr\u00e9sident, M. Jean Marie Ackah, la CGECI invite \u00e9galement le gouvernement, \u00e0 travers la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Imp\u00f4ts \u00e0 des concertations pour lesquelles elle propose le mardi 30 janvier, comme date de d\u00e9but.<\/p>\n<h4>De graves pr\u00e9judices sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie<\/h4>\n<p>La CGECI s&rsquo;est d&rsquo;abord f\u00e9licit\u00e9e de la d\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9sident de la r\u00e9publique de r\u00e9tablir les discussions sur le sujet entre elle et l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 fiscale, car <em>\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;application de certains articles de cette annexe fiscale causera sans nul doute de graves pr\u00e9judices \u00e0 certains secteurs de notre \u00e9conomie, et en particuliers aux PME<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (Petites et Moyennes Entreprises, ndlr), pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9. C&rsquo;est pourquoi cette organisation patronale propose la suspension de cette annexe fiscale, que plusieurs entreprises qualifient d&rsquo;ailleurs de suicidaire.
