Dans cet article, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons des rem\u00e8des de grand-m\u00e8re pour traiter les sympt\u00f4mes d’une angine virale.<\/p>\n

A noter que l\u2019angine bact\u00e9rienne, plus grave doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un traitement antibiotique.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cataplasme de pommes de terre<\/h5>\n

L\u2019amidon contenu dans les pommes de terre est efficace contre cette infection avec son effet anti-inflammatoire. Il faut pour cela r\u00e2per deux pommes de terre crues et de les faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une forme p\u00e2teuse. Ensuite, laisser refroidir la pr\u00e9paration puis appliquer le cataplasme obtenu sur la gorge \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un linge. Laisser agir pendant au moins 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

Le gargarisme au sel<\/h5>\n

On a tous entendu parler du gargarisme. En effet, il est tr\u00e8s efficace contre l\u2019angine. Son efficacit\u00e9 est prouv\u00e9e pour calmer l\u2019inflammation. Pour le pr\u00e9parer, verser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel de table dans un verre d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de. Ensuite, y ajouter le jus d\u2019un demi-citron. Puis, se gargariser la gorge avec ce m\u00e9lange 1 \u00e0 3 fois par jour jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019aucune g\u00eane ne soit ressentie.<\/p>\n

Le gargarisme au citron et au miel<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A c\u00f4t\u00e9 du gargarisme au sel, il y a aussi le gargarisme au citron et au miel pour traiter une angine virale. Pour le pr\u00e9parer, il faut faire un m\u00e9lange de jus de citron (1 c. \u00e0 soupe), du miel (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) et 200 ml d\u2019eau chaude.<\/p>\n

La propolis<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Cette substance est extraite des r\u00e9sines de bourgeons par les abeilles. Contenant de nombreux agents antimicrobiens, la propolis pure est efficace lorsqu\u2019elle est m\u00e2ch\u00e9e pour combattre l\u2019irritation de la gorge.<\/p>\n

La tisane de thym<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Ensuite, l\u2019anti-infectieux de la liste\u00a0: la tisane de thym. Il vous suffit de verser 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9 dans 150 ml d\u2019eau bouillante. Puis, couvrir la solution et laisser infuser durant une dizaine de minutes, puis la filtrer. \u00a0Comme recommandation, vous pouvez boire trois tasses journali\u00e8res de cette pr\u00e9paration.
