Les Nations Unies ont appel\u00e9 mardi Isra\u00ebl \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 son nouveau programme qui vise \u00e0 obliger des milliers de migrants africains \u00e0 quitter le pays d\u2019ici \u00e0 mars.<\/p>\n

Le programme concerne environ 38 000 personnes, dont la plupart sont des ressortissants d’\u00c9rythr\u00e9e et du Soudan. Le gouvernement leur a offert 3 500 dollars s\u2019ils acceptaient de partir avant le d\u00e9lai qui leurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le plan a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement critiqu\u00e9 lorsqu’il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, mais l’agence des Nations Unies pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s a tir\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau la sonnette d\u2019alarme apr\u00e8s l’annonce faite par le Premier ministre isra\u00e9lien, Benjamin Netanyahu, la semaine derni\u00e8re informant que le programme \u00e9tait entr\u00e9 en vigueur.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le Haut-commissariat des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s appelle une nouvelle fois Isra\u00ebl \u00e0 mettre un terme \u00e0 sa politique de r\u00e9installation des Erythr\u00e9ens et des Soudanais en Afrique subsaharienne\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l’agence dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le porte-parole du HCR, William Spindler, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aux journalistes \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve que le programme n’\u00e9tait pas \u00ab\u00a0coh\u00e9rent\u00a0\u00bb et qu’il n’avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s transparente.<\/p>\n

Isra\u00ebl n’a pas clairement indiqu\u00e9 o\u00f9 iront les migrants, mais reconna\u00eet qu’il est trop dangereux de renvoyer les Soudanais et les \u00c9rythr\u00e9ens chez eux.<\/p>\n

Selon des activistes isra\u00e9liens, le gouvernement aurait sign\u00e9 des accords avec le Rwanda et l’Ouganda pour accueillir les migrants. Cependant, les deux pays ont ni\u00e9 avoir sign\u00e9 un tel accord.<\/p>\n

Spindler a appel\u00e9 Isra\u00ebl \u00e0 trouver des solutions alternatives aux probl\u00e8mes des migrants, soulignant que l’ONU \u00e9tait pr\u00eate \u00e0 apporter son soutien pour la r\u00e9installation officielle des migrants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
