La semaine prochaine, des n\u00e9gociations d\u00e9buteront entre la Cor\u00e9e du Nord et la Cor\u00e9e du Sud comme l’a indiqu\u00e9 Baek Tae-hyun\u00a0 le ministre sud-Cor\u00e9en de l’Unification lors d’un point de presse tenu ce vendredi 05 janvier 2017.<\/h6>\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Ri son-gwon, le chef du comit\u00e9 nord-cor\u00e9en pour la r\u00e9unification pacifique de la Cor\u00e9e a fax\u00e9 un message indiquant que le 09 janvier prochain, Pyongyang enverrait\u00a0 une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation pour participer aux n\u00e9gociations \u00e0 Panmujeom dans la partie sud de la zone d\u00e9militaris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Il est donc clair que la semaine prochaine, les n\u00e9gociations de haut niveau d\u00e9buteront entre la Cor\u00e9e du Nord et la Cor\u00e9e du Sud, si l’on s’en tient aux d\u00e9clarations du minist\u00e8re sud-cor\u00e9en de l\u2019Unification.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A la question de savoir sur quoi porteront les discussions,\u00a0Baek Tae-hyun a fait savoir aux journalistes qu’elles porteraient sur les relations bilat\u00e9rales, et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement sur les jeux olympiques de Pyeonchang. Si les parties parviennent \u00e0 un accord, elles devront en discuter avec le comit\u00e9 international Olympique. L’on ne sait pas si d’autres sujets seront abord\u00e9s lors de ces n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n

On se souvient que les derni\u00e8res n\u00e9gociations de haut niveau entre les deux Cor\u00e9es avaient eu lieu en d\u00e9cembre 2015. Peut-\u00eatre cet \u00e9ni\u00e8me \u00e9change portera des fruits.<\/h6>\n

Mercredi 3 janvier, le dirigeant Nord-Cor\u00e9en Kim Jong-Un a ordonn\u00e9 de r\u00e9tablir le \u00abt\u00e9l\u00e9phone rouge\u00bb entre Pyongyang et S\u00e9oul. Le m\u00eame jour, une communication a eu lieu entre des repr\u00e9sentants des deux pays.
